The exhaust gas purification tower should have the following basic requirements:
◇ The gas and liquid in the tower should have sufficient contact area and contact time.
◇ Both gas and liquid have strong disturbances, reduce mass transfer resistance and improve absorption efficiency.
◇ Wide operating range and stable operation.
◇ The equipment has low resistance and low energy consumption.
◇ Have sufficient mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
◇ Simple structure, easy to manufacture and overhaul.
FRP exhaust gas purification tower is currently the most ideal purification equipment in China. The purified exhaust gas is much lower than the national emission standards. The main harmful gases treated are sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist, chromic acid mist, nitric acid mist, phosphoric acid mist, hydrofluoric acid mist, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide and the like.
Spraying and bubbling packing purification tower adopts sodium hydroxide solution as absorption neutralizing liquid. The exhaust gas is pressed into the purification tower by a fan, the inner cylinder forms a pressure chamber, and the pressure chambers are distributed to each bubble tube. The exhaust gas passes through the bubble tube into the absorption liquid of the storage tank to generate bubbles, and then the bubbles pass through the filler layer. The gas-liquid is brought into full contact again, and the exhaust gas after absorption continues to flow upward and reacts again with the absorption liquid sprayed from the shower pipe. The gas after the neutralization reaction is defogged by the demister and then discharged into the atmosphere.

The tower can be equipped with a control system consisting of an on-line gas analyzer, a pH control meter, a differential pressure transmitter, a liquid level control meter, a solenoid valve, and a control cabinet.
