I. This series of purification towers can be used for higher concentration of exhaust gas treatment with high purification efficiency. It is currently the most ideal purification equipment in China. The purified exhaust gas is much lower than the national emission standards. The main harmful gases are sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist, chromic acid mist, nitric acid mist, phosphoric acid mist, hydrofluoric acid mist, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrogen cyanide.
The spray bubble-type packing purification tower adopts sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption neutralizing liquid. The exhaust gas is pressed into the purification tower by the fan, and the inner cylinder forms a pressure chamber. The pressure chamber is distributed to each bubble tube. The exhaust gas enters the storage tank through the bubble tube to generate bubbles, and then the bubbles pass through the filler. Layer, so that the gas-liquid is fully contacted again, the exhaust gas after absorption continues to flow upward, and the final reaction with the absorption and neutralization liquid sprayed from the shower pipe, and the standard gas after the neutralization reaction is defogged by the demister and then discharged atmosphere
Structure and characteristics
The tower body of the purification tower is a cylindrical tower body which is integrally wound with glass fiber reinforced plastic, and has no segmented connection flange. The specific structure is composed of a pressure chamber, a liquid storage tank, a filler, a spraying device, a defoaming device and the like.
The structure of this purification tower,
(1) Circulating water pump system without the general purification tower;
(2) Saturated contact with exhaust gas directly into the water, full chemical reaction and high purification efficiency;
(3) A new type of filler with large specific surface area, high porosity and uniform arrangement is used;
(4) Adopting two kinds of absorption processes, spraying and bubbling, it has sufficient absorption and good purification effect.
The tower can be equipped with a control system consisting of an on-line gas analyzer, a PH control meter, a differential pressure transmitter, a liquid level control meter, a solenoid valve, and a control cabinet, and is equipped with a fault alarm to facilitate operation management and maintenance.
