This device uses sodium hydroxide solution as absorption neutralizing liquid to purify exhaust gas. The gas is pressed into or sucked into the air section by the centrifugal fan, and then flows upward to the first-stage packing layer, and contacts with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the first-stage nozzle to react. The absorbed exhaust gas continues to flow upward to the second-stage filler layer, and comes into contact with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the second-stage nozzle, and the neutralization reaction occurs again. According to various indicators of the exhaust gas, a third-stage filler and spray can be added. The device purifies the gas after reaching the standard and discharges it into the atmosphere through the demister.
Structure and characteristics
The tower body of the purification tower is an integral cylindrical shape of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and has no segmented connection flange. The specific structure is composed of a liquid storage tank, an air inlet section, a three-stage spraying section, a demister, and an exhaust port. Its characteristics are: easy production, easy installation and maintenance, high strength, small footprint. The spraying situation uses three layers of fillers. The three-stage spraying makes the gas and liquid more fully contacted and improves the purification efficiency. This tower can be equipped with FRP centrifugal fan and anticorrosive water pump. When the processing air volume is more than 10,000 cubic meters, the design requirements can be reached by using two water pumps.
The tower can be equipped with a control system consisting of an on-line gas analyzer, pH control meter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure sensor, flow sensor, conductivity meter, level control meter, solenoid valve, inverter and control cabinet. The situation is displayed on the display in digital form, so that the management staff can see it at a glance, and there is a fault alarm for easy management and maintenance.
